Before you fall asleep at night (or anytime), lay flat on your back & take a few deep breaths.
This will decompress the joints & relax muscles that have been contracting to support you all day.
Notice if your muscles are tight or twitching, feel your body get heavier and sink as it relaxes.
If you feel restles, turn over for sleep.
Over time you will be able to remain asleep in this position, enabling better physical rest.
